Only participants (Qualification teams, Qualification Team delegation, Main draw team delegation and service providers) staying in the Official Event Hotels are allowed to be accredited and participate in the event.

To book your accommodation in the Official Event Hotel please send your request with the attached downloaded form (LINK) to:

Please note that due to room availability within the official hotels, the distribution will be done as first come, first served.

Main Draw Teams will be hosted in one of the Official Event Hotels from 2 nights before the start of the Main Draw till the morning after their elimination (the additional day (one day) is to be covered by the Main Draw teams).

Qualification Teams and their delegations are free to leave the event. If chosen to stay in the event, everyone must fulfill at their own cost all requirements set for the Main draw teams.
