The eight participating teams are split into two single round-robin pools of four teams each for the first stage of the 2025 FIVB Volleyball Men’s Club World Championship.
The two pool winners and the two pool runners-up advance to the semifinals. The remaining four teams are eliminated from further participation in the championship. In the semifinals, the Pool A winner meets the Pool B runner-up and the Pool B winner meets the Pool A runner-up.
The winners of the two semifinals advance to the gold medal match and the runners-up move on to the bronze medal match.
