A total of eight club teams from around the world will compete at the FIVB Volleyball Women’s Club World Championship.

Host club (Guangdong Evergrande Volleyball Club (CHN) has automatically qualified for the annual event. Three teams qualified through the AVC, CEV and CSV Women's Club Championships. A further four places will be given to wild card entries.
