The organisers will provide the Main Draw teams with hotel accommodation (twin rooms) in the Organiser's designated hotel and with meals from the evening before the start of the Main Draw until the day after the elimination of the teams from the event, breakfast included. Athletes will be personally responsible for all extras at the hotel such as mini-bar, phone calls, laundry, etc. to be paid upon checkout. Organisers will not be required to make reservations for coaches, guests, teams’ physiotherapists, friends, or family members accompanying the participating athletes.
