Volleyball World is thrilled to announce a new partnership between the Beach Pro Tour Elite16 Hamburg and emmy, a leading provider of electric scooter sharing services in Germany. This collaboration is a key component of a broader sustainability initiative supported by the City of Hamburg, aimed at reducing the environmental impact of the event.

The Beach Pro Tour Elite16 Hamburg, scheduled to take place from 21 to 25 August 2024, will be the first stop of the global circuit following the Olympic Games Paris 2024. Set to bring the beach volleyball party to the Am Rothenbaum Stadium, the event will feature top-tier teams competing for Elite16 glory on the sand.

This partnership with emmy encourages spectators to opt for electric scooters over traditional vehicles, thereby contributing to a significant reduction in carbon emissions during the event. As part of this initiative, a dedicated parking area exclusively for emmy's electric scooters will be available at the Hamburg Elite16 venue. This special parking spot is designed to facilitate easy access and convenience for those who choose sustainable transportation options.
