The 16 teams in action during Week 3 of the men's Volleyball Nations League 2022 played for position in Osaka, Japan, and Gdansk, Poland. The teams set to play in the Finals from July 20 to 24 were also determined with hosts Italy finishing top of the Preliminary Phase standings ahead of Poland, USA, France, Japan, Brazil, Iran and the Netherlands.
