Netherlands: In quest for rise to VNL top

The Dutch women's national team has had its ups and downs in the FIVB Volleyball Nations League, making the Final Six in the inaugural edition of 2018, but dropping to 11th a year later.

Nonetheless, they're always ready to make an impact on any competition and once the VNL resumes later this month at the Italian Adriatic resort of Rimini, look out for Juliet Lohuis who was most efficient server of the 2019 VNL with 24 aces or .42 per set.

The country's men's national team will be making their debut in the VNL this year, after being called in to replace China.
