USA: Going for the VNL treble

They've struck gold in both previous editions of the women's FIVB Volleyball Nations League - and USA are now looking for a hat-trick when the 2021 edition gets underway in Rimini this May.

USA's men, meanwhile, will be aiming at continuing the trend, from bronze in 2018 to silver in 2019, as they seek to rise to gold this year.

Fans across the world can look forward to be thrilled by such high-scoring stars as Jordan Thompson and Andrea Drews, who both made the list in 2019 of female players to have scored 30 points or more in a single VNL match - or Max Holt who will be defending his all-time men's VNL record of most blocks (8) in a single match.
