Poland's second victory in the 2025 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship on Monday sealed the fates of the four national teams competing in the tournament's Pool B, with the FIVB World Ranking leaders and the Netherlands advancing to the Round of 16, while Romania and Qatar are set to end their participation in pool play.
Two days after downing Romania in their debut, the reigning Volleyball Nations League champions returned to the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City and produced another sweep, this time beating Qatar 3-0 (25-21, 25-14, 25-19) to confirm their qualification for the elimination rounds.
