The matchups of the quarterfinal round of the Coppa Italia Frecciarossa Serie A1 will be determined according to the spots the teams occupied at the end of the first leg of the regular season of the Lega Pallavolo Femminile Serie A Tigotà - 1st vs. 8th, 2nd vs. 7th, 3rd vs. 6th and 4th vs. 5th. The round will be played in a single leg, with the teams ranked from 1st-4th ranking the matches.

The winners will advance to the Final Four, which will be played from February 17-18, 2024.
