Volleyball World has been named the top international federation for the second consecutive year in the highly anticipated #SportOnSocial ranking as the commercial arm of the sport continues to set new standards in storytelling and fan engagement on social media.
Throughout 2023, @VolleyballWorld channels distributed captivating digital content, creative initiatives and interactive experiences, continuing to forge connections with its online audience and bring the sport of volleyball to people all over the world.
Volleyball World also rose to new heights as it rose to first among international federations on X (formerly Twitter) and YouTube in 2024, amassing more views than any other international federation on the latter. Volleyball World ranked second on TikTok, third on Instagram and fifth on Facebook.
Speaking on the ranking, FIVB President Dr Ary S. Graça F° said: “We are delighted to top the #SportOnSocial ranking for the second year in a row!
