Volleyball World And Firstrade Launch First Play By Firstrade At VNL, Connecting Every Rally To Community Impact

Volleyball World and Firstrade, a leading commission-free online brokerage, today announce the launch of First Play by Firstrade, a new fan engagement initiative that transforms on-court action during matches into direct investment in volleyball communities worldwide.

As part of the initiative, every rally played during selected Women’s VNL matches will contribute towards the VNL Legacy Court programme. The longer the rally, the greater the contribution, turning the energy and global reach of the VNL into spaces where local communities can play, connect and grow through volleyball.

Introduced this year through the VNL, the VNL Legacy Court programme transforms outdoor community courts into vibrant, large-scale works of art celebrating volleyball, its athletes and local culture. Alongside each court transformation, grassroots volleyball programmes will be developed in collaboration with the FIVB Volleyball Foundation to create safe and welcoming spaces where children can play, build confidence and connect through sport, with a particular focus on empowering young girls through volleyball.

First Play by Firstrade builds on the partnership established between Volleyball World and Firstrade in 2025, deepening a shared commitment to accessibility, community impact and fan engagement. By linking elite competition with grassroots development, the initiative ensures the impact of the VNL is felt long after the final point is played.
