Volleyball World’s VBTV will place you inside the daily routine of one of the biggest names of international volleyball as its newly-released documentary series Ran Takahashi – Be The Change follows the life of the 22-year-old Japanese star.

Set to start his first Olympic campaign with Japan in Paris on Saturday, Ran had incredible results at both the club and the national team levels in the last two years, as besides helping Mint Vero Volley Monza appear in the Italian League Finals for the first time, he also won back-to-back medals at the Volleyball Nations League with his country’s national team, taking bronze in 2023 and silver in 2024, and triumphed at the 2023 Asian Championship.

In Be The Change, fans located outside Japan will be able to follow Ran during six months of his volleyball journey, with exclusive behind-the-scenes content on and off the court from his time in Italy, with the Japanese national team and also from his return to his hometown Kyoto. The first of the three episodes is already live.
