The libero began his career in Lavras (MG), near his hometown, where he stayed for a year - from 13 to 14. He then played for the city of Três Corações, where he stayed for three years in the Campeonato Mineiro and Superliga. With 18 years old, he came to Minas Tênis Clube under an invitation of head coach Nery Tambeiro, and is playing for this club until today. In the under age national teams, had the first call in 2014, in the Under 21 team, but did not make the team. In 2017, he won the Pan American Cup and played the Under 21 FIVB World Championship, where he finished fourth. In the year 2018, he was called up by coach Giovane Gávio for the B-team and, after being observed by coach Renan, was called to the national team and was in the silver medal campaign of the FIVB World Championship.
