A son of a volleyball head coach, Honorato started to shine at a young age in Uberlândia (MG) where his father Manoel Honorato is a coach. He moved to Minas, one of the most traditional clubs in Brazil and showed up in the Superliga Cimed 17/18 as one of the highlights of the new generation. He was in the young categories of the Brazilian national team and was silver in the South American Under 21 Championship in 2016 at Argentina, gold medalist in the Pan-American Under 21 Cup in 2017 at Canada and helped Brazil to achieved the fourth place in the U21 FIVB World Championship in 2017 at Czech Republic. – The wing spiker was invited by head coach Renan for training in 2018 and, this same year, joined the B team, which was a silver medalist in the Pan American Cup.
