The libero
was two times South American Champion with the youth national teams in 2002 and
2004. He also was with the youth national team in friendly games at Europe, in
2003. With the junior team, he was runner up in the FIVB World Junior
Championship and with the main national team represented the country in a
friendly tournament in 2011. He also won state championships and was two times
silver medalist in the Brazilian Superliga. In 2015, Brendle got back to the
national team and represented Brazil in some games of the FIVB World League and
also in the South American Games, helping the national team to get the title.
In 2016, he was part of the team that achieved the silver medal in the FIVB
World League. He was also present in the 2017 season in three competitions:
World League, South American and Grand Champions Cup.
