Beach volleyball fans will have the chance to see the Olympic heroes bring their gold-medal-winning form to the courts of Hamburg, competing alongside their fellow beach volleyball stars.

Senator of the Ministry of the Interior and Sports for Hamburg, Andy Grote explained; "The Elite 16 Beach Volleyball Tournament in Hamburg in August will be the big after-show party after the Olympic Games in Paris and thus an exciting reunion with the international beach volleyball elite. After the Olympics, there may still be one or two scores to settle. This promises thrilling games and a terrific atmosphere at Rothen-Beach."
