Campinas and Goiás get the semifinals started at 18:30 local time (21:30 UTC), with rivals Cruzeiro and Praia clashing later on Saturday, at 21:00 (00:00 UTC, Sunday). The gold medal match will be on Sunday, at 18:30 (21:30 UTC).

Campinas vs. Goiás

Fresh from winning their first South American title last weekend, Campinas will now go for another unprecedented gold at the Brazilian Cup, a tournament in which they were downed in the final three times - 2015, 2016 and 2022.

Campinas, which overcame SESI Bauru in the quarterfinals, count on the experience of Olympic champions Bruno Rezende and Maurício Borges and Olympic medalist opposite Bruno Lima to advance to their fourth final.

Their opponents Goiás are the biggest surprise of the 2026 Brazilian Cup, having made it to the semifinals in their first appearance after eliminating defending champions Itambé Minas on the road in the quarterfinals.

Currently in seventh-place in the Superliga, Goiás rely on high-scoring opposite André Saliba, middle blocker Pétrus Lopes and outside hitter Henrique Battagim to cause another upset.

Goiás have defeated Campinas in both encounters between the teams in the 2025-2026 Superliga and also came out on top in four of the last five duels.

Cruzeiro vs. Praia

Sitting at the top of the Superliga standings, Cruzeiro will try to lift their third trophy in the season, following their victories in the Brazilian Supercup and the Minas Gerais State Championship. They eliminated Vôlei Guarulhos Bateubet in the quarterfinals.

With a record eight Brazilian Cup titles (2014, 2016, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2023, 2024), they trust their Olympic champion trio formed by opposite Wallace de Souza, middle blocker Lucas Saatkamp and outside hitter Douglas Souza to continue dominating the tournament.

Their rivals Praia will try to win the Brazilian Cup for the first time after finishing eighth in 2023 and 2025. They took the first step to do it by eliminating Suzano Vôlei in the quarterfinals.

Ranked second in the Superliga, the Uberlândia side has opposite Franco Paese, middle blocker Isac Santos and setter Rhendrick Resley as some of their standouts.

Cruzeiro have won both encounters against Praia this season, triumphing in the first round of the Superliga and the Minas Gerais State Championship.
