With only three matches left for each team, there's still a lot on the line in the 2025-2026 Lega Femminile Serie A1 Tigotà regular season, and some of it could be settled in the next two days.

With teams vying for the top spot in the standings, homecourt advantage in the playoffs, a berth in the postseason, or simply for permanence in the Italian elite, the matches of the 11th leg of the second round of the regular season held on Tuesday and Wednesday could have a big weight in each of those scenarios.

Starting from the top of the standings, league leaders Prosecco Doc Imoco Conegliano can confirm the top seed for the playoffs in the only match scheduled for Tuesday, when they visit Il Bisonte Firenze at 19:00 local time (18:00 UTC).

With 63 points, and seven ahead of second-placed Savino Del Bene Scandicci, the defending champions will confirm the best campaign of the regular season if they win 3-0 or 3-1.

Firenze, however, also have a lot to play for in Tuesday's encounter. Currently in eighth place with 27 points, they are in a fierce battle with seventh-placed Bergamo (28) and ninth-placed Eurotek Laica UYBA Busto Arsizio (27) for the two playoff spots still up for grabs.

Both their rivals play on Wednesday, facing teams that fight to avoid relegation - Bergamo visit 12th-placed Honda Cuneo Granda Volley at 19:30 (18:30 UTC), while Busto play on the road against 14th-placed Bartoccini-Mc Restauri Perugia 30 minutes later.

Cuneo are the first team outside the relegation zone with 20 points and could use a win to at least keep the three-point separation to 13th-placed Wash4Green Monviso Volley (17).

Perugia could be the first team to go down

Perugia's situation is far more complicated, as they are at the bottom of the standings with 12 points and need to make up nine points before the end of the regular season to avoid relegation - they need all three points against Busto and to count on other results to keep their chances of continuing in the Italian elite.

Those results would be Cuneo not earning any points against Bergamo, and 11th-placed CBF Balducci HR Macerata (21) doing the same in their home match against fifth-placed Igor Gorgonzola Novara at 20:30 (19:30 UTC).

Also heavily involved in the battle to avoid relegation, 13th-placed Monviso will be at home against fourth-placed Reale Mutua Fenera Chieri '76 at 20:30 (19:30 UTC) and need all three points to have a chance of leaving the relegation zone on Wednesday.

Undefeated in their last four matches, Omag-Mt San Giovanni In Marignano climbed up to tenth place with 23 points and see the relegation zone from a distance now. To be entirely free from the risk of going down, they need to earn at least a point on the road against third-placed Numia Vero Volley Milano (53) at 20:00 (19:00 UTC) and hope that Monviso don't get any.

The only team with nothing to play for, Megabox Ondulati Del Savio Vallefoglia are guaranteed to end the regular season in sixth place after they got to 37 points over the weekend. The team they will play on Wednesday at 20:30 (19:30 UTC) is second-placed Scandicci (56).

Scandicci need two more points to guarantee a top-four finish in the regular season, but they will try to hold onto their second-place spot to carry homecourt advantage until the semifinals. They are challenged by Milano (53), Chieri (51) and Novara (48).
