The second Challenge event on the 2026 Volleyball World Beach Pro Tour got underway in Tlaxcala on Wednesday. In the women’s competition, the qualifications took place with a single round of five matches played. Five teams – two from the United States and one each from Argentina, Brazil and Germany – earned their spot in the main draw. Another three – two from China and one from Romania – qualified without play on the merit of their ranking. The lineup of 32 teams for the main draw is now complete and they are ready to hit the court in Mexico on Thursday for the two legs of modified pool play.
